Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will act as a trusted partner to the C-Suite and senior management team driving strategic projects and providing high-level administration support.
Key relationship manager for Board Members, Brokers and Investors including Investor relations and ASX requirements Prioritise enquiries, think critically, problem solve, reviewing or scheduling key actions for the CEO and CFO Draft CEO communication and format presentations Provide a link between executive and management teams Manage AU and Global Exec meetings including attendance, minutes and holding execs accountable for action items Ability to conduct business analytics both internally and externally Work with the Board Secretary to schedule and manage the annual Board calendar Requirements About You We are a fun, dynamic company looking for someone who has a positive outlook and a strong work ethic with high attention to detail.
