What You'll Do: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages with consistency and care.
Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar area.
Stay knowledgeable about our menu and various coffee blends.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment.
Lattte art is a bonus!
You must have a NSW RSA card Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for coffee.
