As an Aussie Buyer's Agent, you'll be a trusted advisor in your clients' corner, advocating for their best interests and helping them navigate their home buying journey more seamlessly.
Your key objective will be to provide expert guidance and insights, support people to make sound property decisions, and flex your strategic nous as you negotiate your way to securing the best possible outcomes for your clients.
Key Responsibilities: Taking detailed client briefs to understand clients' property goals Staying abreast of market conditions, the real estate landscape, regulatory updates, and property news Sourcing potential properties across on-market, pre-market and off-market listings that tick your client's boxes Conducting thorough research and due diligence to assess potential risks Negotiating purchase prices and terms to secure the most favourable deals for your clients Managing relationships with real estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process Being a master relationship builder, wowing your clients at every touchpoint, and securing repeat and ongoing business Qualifications To get amongst the action as an Aussie Buyer's Agent, you will: have proven experience as a Buyer's Agent or Seller's Agent geek out on all things property, and have a comprehensive knowledge of the Australian property market have exceptional communication and relationship building skills have strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities have the utmost ethical standards, serving your customers with honesty, integrity, and their best interests at the core If you're passionate about real estate, helping people to achieve their property dreams, and want to partner with Aussie to shake up the Australian property landscape, then we'd love to hear from you.
