Role Purpose Deliver effective contract, project administration, office organisation and coordination support to the Business Unit. Proactively and collaboratively engage with the Business Unit General Manager, Project Manager and operational staff to ensure daily operations and activities align with the Business Unit's Shared Strategic Plan and goals.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Business Unit General ManagerOffice and depot facility administration as required, including liaising with property managerManage phone and call out enquiries in conjunction with project manager including quick turn around Accident report callsMonitor, maintain and action as required the Business Unit inbox.Administration of BIMCity alerts and alarms to support the Project ManagerAssisting the compilation of business unit reports, timesheets, Codex, subcontractor agreements, month end financial reporting, etc.Assistance with preparation of tenders, reports and submissionsSupport with coordination of training and maintenance of associated recordsSupport the administration of apprentice timesheets with the Project ManagerSupport the booking of training activitiesAssist in the coordination of onboarding activities for new employees in conjunction with HR and the Project ManagerSchedule business unit management meetings, record minutes and maintain action registerCompile internal and client reports in conjunction with Business Unit General ManagerManagement of accident and variation reports for Transport Canberra City Services reportsManagement of Icon Water call out reportsSupport the administration of accounts payable and receivableCreation of promotional materials and internal communication noticesSkills/Experience: Minimum school Leaving Certificate.Microsoft Office Basic, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.A current Drivers Licence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
