Key Responsibilities: Identify, analyze, and document business requirements by working closely with stakeholders to understand the needs related to our mobile truck washing services and commercial vehicle operations.
Evaluate and improve ICT systems to streamline workflows and optimize service delivery, ensuring our fleet operations maintain efficiency and our mobile teams are equipped with the right tools.
Develop and document functional specifications for new systems or enhancements that support our environmental-friendly approach and ensure the quality of service.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop ICT strategies that align with Transzwash's objectives, improving coordination across mobile teams, customer management, and business operations.
Analyze data and prepare reports on system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive operational excellence.
Ensure the security and integrity of ICT systems, focusing on data management and integration across the fleet management and customer service platforms.
Test, troubleshoot, and refine systems to ensure they meet the company's goals of efficiency, eco-friendly practices, and exceptional customer service.
Train and support staff in using ICT systems, ensuring all team members can efficiently navigate tools that enhance productivity, customer communication, and service delivery.
Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an ICT Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of business process analysis, particularly within service-driven industries.
Expertise in data analysis, functional system design, and business solutions.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
