Essential CriteriaTo be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in administrative support – Previous experience providing administrative and clerical support services.Strong customer service skills – Demonstrated ability to engage professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, even in challenging situations.Effective communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a range of people, including clients, staff, and external agencies.Teamwork – Ability to collaborate and work positively with others in a team environment.Computer skills – High level of competency in office administration, word processing, and data entry.Attention to detail – Proven ability to manage records, ensure compliance with policies, and handle confidential information appropriately.Commitment to confidentiality – Understand and apply the health service's policy on confidentiality.
