Key responsibilities: Director of First Impressions, be the face of our team in a collaborative environment, welcoming our clients and supporting staff members Meeting and greeting visitors and clients, answering phone calls Systems all-rounder, understand our different systems and guide staff to subject matter experts such as IT or Finance Team when queries are raised Assist our quality assurance team in conducting project audits at the direction of our HSEQ Leader Health and safety champion, as a health and safety representative, manage the emergency response and workplace inspection audits Supporting the coordination of office and corporate functions Kitchen duties, including maintaining a clean and organized space, restocking supplies, and assisting with staff catering needs Employee Inductions, onboarding and offboarding administration tasks Assisting in organising travel and accommodation Coordinating deliveries and mail Coordinating training, email communication, room bookings Updating and filing documents Assist with organising staff photos, business cards.
This role will be based full time in the office in Norwest.
Qualifications A valid driver's licence Previous experience in a similar role Courteous, polite, respectful, and professional manner Ability to work proactively with minimal direction Excellent personal presentation and demeanor Experience in secretarial functions (advantageous) Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook) Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Authentic, collaborative, and self-aware Shows initiative Positive and solution-oriented Additional Information Want to help build a more balanced, sustainable, and resilient world?
