We may have the role for you!About the RoleNoble Engineering Services (NES) are growing, and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Corporate Services team supporting Business Operations. Along with providing general administrative and operational support to the wider organisation, you'll be working closely with our Condition Monitoring Department, providing exceptional coordination and support to the Manager and the wider team to aid in the delivery of quality services to all our clients and stakeholders.Key Accountabilities:Reception services, intermediate data entry and word processing, online and physical records management, along with other routine office-based activities such as office maintenance including stock/stationery ordering and processing, mail services and other activities to ensure the office environment is kept to a high standard for all.Assisting accounts with end-to-end purchasing/invoicing and other ad hoc AP/AR duties, as well as assisting with compliance, induction management, arranging appointments and other duties as required.Functions/Event management and arranging of travel and accommodation for Condition Monitoring and Corporate Services Team.Management of vehicle fleet, including the coordination of service and maintenance as needed.Assisting the Condition Monitoring Manager with coordination, scheduling and planning including Job Management (online), invoicing, supporting department operations such as team meetings, training material preparation, equipment maintenance and logging, and other activities to support the quality delivery of Condition Monitoring Services.Ideally, you will have:Qualifications or significant experience in Business Administration, along with experience working within an Accounts environment.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and an appreciation for financial accuracy and process.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Experience working within a small business, or family-owned business would also be highly regarded.This is a permanent, full-time role, however part-time opportunities may also be considered.About UsHere at Noble Engineering Services (NES) we provide exceptional Reliability Consulting, delivering effective and innovative engineering solutions, condition monitoring services, non-destructive testing and metallurgy services to the Hunter Valley and Western NSW regions.
