The Role
The business support role serves as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
The role provides administrative and operational assistance and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily business operations by managing tasks such as handling correspondence, receiving phone calls and managing all front desk duties.

Demonstrated experience in a similar role Strong customer service background with the ability to deal with a diverse range of individuals (face to face and phone) High level computer literacy with experience in word processing, calendar management software (Outlook) and database applications Willingness to contribute to a busy team environment Committed to continuous learning A relevant qualification in Business/clerical studies or Certificate 3 in Aged, Community or Disability Care or equivalent would be an advantage Accountabilities and Responsibilities – Core Functions
Provide front of house face to face receptionist services Provide a customer focused telephone answering service, answering and directing phone calls, making phone calls Taking & distributing messages, handling inquiries and incoming work requests Reviewing files and records to support queries etc.
Checking and distributing documents and correspondence Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail including maintaining Administration e-mailbox Preparing and sending outgoing mail and packages, and maintain mail registers Complete filing tasks, maintain filing systems and archives Photocopying, scanning and faxing and sending emails Monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies Daily Banking Updating and maintaining databases Printing of all support and promotional material and other documents as required Purchase and maintain staff amenities Keeping office area neat and tidy Applications close by COB 29th November 2024.
