As a Business Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the APAC Marketing and Business Support team. Your responsibilities will include assisting on bids, managing events, coordinating internal communications across the region, and supporting the Comms team in raising profile opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to undertake some Asia-focused work.
Support the team in delivering client, business development and profile-raising plansAssist on bids including updating CVs/bios, sourcing relevant credentials and other information relevant to the client requestHelp with updating client plans and dashboards as part of the firm's Key Client ProgramCoordinate the delivery of events both online and in person for Australia offices and other APAC offices if requiredManage end-to-end process for events, webinars and sponsorship opportunitiesSupport the Comms team in raising profile opportunities such as client briefings, website updates, social media posts, award and directory submissions etc. What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Business Support Coordinator role will bring tertiary qualifications in marketing or an appropriate business discipline. They will possess strong written and verbal communication skills along with exceptional attention to detail. They will be project-focused, highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks from various team members. Advanced MS Office skills (including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel) are required and graphic design skills are desirable.
