Unique opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative teamBring your passion for customer service and help us support business growthPermanent role based in ParramattaJob Description As a Business Solutions Banker, you will be interacting with small to medium-sized business customers, understanding their business goals and needs, and offering a suitable Merchant Solution or Business Account to help their business grow. Channels of Support include Inbound, Outbound, and Digital. All Businesses need to take payments. The opportunity will help you become a strong sales-based banker.

Responsibilities: Model outstanding customer care & service excellence.Provide customers with professional attention using positive language and tone to connect and have meaningful conversations to truly understand customers' needs.Operate in a competitive market where you will learn the art of deepening customer relations and having quality needs-based conversations.Adhere to and meet our Risk and compliance obligations.Ensure all customer requests are carried out within the recommended SLA period.Support other bankers from several channels, including branches, by providing advice and support and accepting referrals. To be successful in this role, you'll be required to work across our operating hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. What's in it for me? Solid background in a customer-centric company or role.Proven track record in service and support.Strong attention to detail, including writing skills.Business acumen and commercial awareness.Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systems.Financial Services / Banking background - understanding of bank processes, systems, and procedures (Desirable).
