Job Overview The position presents an opportunity to progress with the firm due to their organic growth which has come about because of the Partners' determination to do the right thing by clients. There is a pathway to being a Partner, but if that's not what you are looking for, there is also no pressure to get involved with ownership. Staff don't sit in the back office; they are all client-facing, and at your level, you will be involved in helping juniors develop these client liaison skills. There is almost too much training as they want staff to be as technically strong as possible. This includes both internal and external training on a regular basis. The client base ranges from individual tax returns all the way up to large corporates with $50 M in turnover. You will look after all the needs of the clients in your portfolio, which will include advising on issues such as valuations, structuring, employee share schemes, and tax advice. It's important to note that junior candidates will learn and assist you on these advisory issues but aren't thrown straight onto them if they haven't had the experience. Minimum Requirements Seeking 5+ years Business Services experience. CA or CPA Qualified.
