Business Services Officer

Eden Ritchie is seeking a  Business Services Officer to provide administrative and procurement support to the staff.
4 month contract with possible extension Brisbane CBD location Technical/operational expertise: Create files and provide advice on Document and Records Management System as well as the archiving, retrieval and storage process within Department using HPE Content Manager for current and legacy records.
Provide accounts administration support including:- issuing cabcharge vouchers, Fuel cards, SAP GPEV's, and accounts items as required.
Monitor multiple team shared mailboxes and ensure quality advise is provided within required time frames or refer matters to the appropriate officer for action.
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite and records related software such as HPE Content Manager.
Developed written skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated judgement on when to escalate items for determination.
Maintain an adequate supply of stationery and office consumables.
Maintain the operational functionality and availability of office equipment.
Work effectively as an individual or as part of a team.
