Responsibilities include:Managing and nurturing a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet technical standards and deadlines while adhering to budgetary constraints.Demonstrating your strong technical skills, encompassing income tax, company tax, CGT, FBT, trusts, Division 7A, and management accounting and reporting requirements.Exhibiting excellent time management, organisational, and planning abilities.Demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, effectively guiding and supporting a small team.Exhibiting ownership qualities, successfully managing workflow and mentoring junior accountants.Utilising your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.About you:4+ years of experience in Business Services and TaxExperience managing staff and reviewing workCA/CPA qualified or currently undertaking studies to become qualifiedBe able to build relationshipsBe energeticBe ambitiousBe able to think strategicallyWant to be part of a fantastic firm that will challenge you and reward you!
