Business Services & Corporate Advisory (Accounting)Innovative, technologically-focused accounting firmPartnership prospect on offerMy client is an established accounting firm seeking a Business Services Manager to join their Business Services/Private Clients practice.You'll be required to oversee and manage a fee base of approx. $1M and 3-4 accountants (off-shore and on-site). Clients range from various industry sectors, with the majority of clients having turnovers up to $50M and some being large private groups.Preparation and review of income tax returns for all entitiesFormal and informal tax advice on issues such as FBT, Div7A, CGT, GST, and moreTax planning and forecasting, succession planning, and restructuring adviceTrain, mentor, and delegate to team membersMonitoring KPIs, WIP, productivity, budgets, and deadlinesProviding support to the Director in relation to client management and achieving team objectivesApplicants: (Ideal but not essential)Currently working in a Heavy Supervisor or Manager capacity in Business Services/TaxDemonstrated experience mentoring juniors and managing clientsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
