Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Supporting Business Process Outsourcing Vendor partner with meeting and exceeding Cash Application and Cash Collection targets Subject Matter Expert of the Collection and Cash application functions Act as a change agent, helping the organization through their Accounts Receivable journey Seek opportunities to raise quality standards and minimise lead times Contributing and leading project to standardise processes across EMEA Credit Services Participating in Order To Cash transformation projects Thinking outside of box, offer solutions to resolve complex situations Required Knowledge and Experience: Minimum Bachelor's degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Cash Application or Cash Collection, or Advanced degree with 0 years of experience Experience with Cash & Credit Services in EMEA region Spoken and written proficiency in English is a must Strong analytical skills, curiosity and attention to detail Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Ability to work in aligned timezone, under pressure and in fast-paced environment Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
