Who we are: Mobility Access Modifications is a company that specializes in modifying homes for the elderly and mobility impaired. Located in Preston, we have over 21 years of experience in servicing Melbourne and surrounds.
What you'll do: You will use your skills in Power BI to create dashboards and consolidate data. A large part of your day will be utilizing Excel as a gathering tool. You will use Power Apps to build custom business apps. To help you create, track, and manage workflows, you will work with SharePoint lists. Using Microsoft Forms, you will create surveys and polls and evaluate responses. You will undertake a review of our processes, training documentation, and "how to guides" that are being used by our trades, manufacturing, and office staff and identify areas for improvement to then update/re-create and train staff. You will be required to sit alongside the existing teams to observe and understand current ways of working. Create process diagrams and flowcharts of operational processes. Develop an audit process for completed product installations to ensure quality assurance and safety standards are met. Create numerous training modules and installation manuals for our installer tradesmen and OTs focusing on safety standards, with the addition of videos and photos. Document a training checklist and daily tasks checklist for our installer tradesmen. Who you are: 5 years' experience in a similar position. Proficient in Power BI for creating dashboards. Intermediate to Advanced in Excel. Experience with Power Apps. Familiarity with SharePoint. Knowledge of Microsoft Forms. Strong experience in creating process designs, flowcharts, training documents, and recording training videos. Excellent communication and written skills.
