www.bostik.com Your Key Responsibilities will include:   • Coordinate and action sales activities within the designated territories (central Melbourne, West or North West) and Key Account base • Analyse sales performance and report weekly/ monthly and forecast opportunities • Contribute to maintaining sales of products by identifying inventory needs, ensuring timely deliveries • Engage with customers to update store layouts and in store relays, and attend trade events as required • Support, implement and monitor key marketing initiatives, and promote new product launches • Quarterly Business Reviews to be conducted with a minimum of top ten customers in the territory • Maintain weekly call plans, captured in Sales Force to ensure maximum service levels • Liaise with customers to discuss concerns or complaints, instigating corrective action where required To be successful you will ideally possess the following: • Sales and/or industry knowledge • Construction trade experience would be advantageous • Knowledge and understanding of the commercial and construction industry • Have the ability to have strong sales influencing and interpersonal skills • Able to manage a portfolio of accounts and grow new business • Fluent in English, both oral and written • Must have full driver's license and full working rights in Australia At Bositk, we offer: • A competitive salary, bonuses, fully maintained vehicle, fuel card and etag, laptop • 17.5% leave loading  • Flexible hybrid working model - because we trust our employees and value work-life balance • Professional development program- fantastic opportunity to learn and grow with Bostik - a real player in this industry • Employee benefits such as EAP(Employee Assistance Program) counselling service to support you and your family • Employee Bond Retail Rewards Program - discounts on major retailers and online retailers at your fingertips At Bostik, we celebrate diversity, promote equality, and we foster an inclusive working environment.
