As a Business Premium Banker, you will have the unique opportunity to engage directly with business customers, developing a deep understanding of their individual needs, challenges, and aspirations. Through meaningful and needs-based conversations, you will uncover opportunities to tailor financial solutions that align with their specific goals and objectives.
As a Business Premium Banker, you play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success. In this dynamic and results-driven position, you will specialise in offering customised financial solutions, with a primary focus on short-term lending products like Business Credit Cards.
More specifically, you will be:
Receiving inbound calls from business owners looking to purchase specific productsFinding opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional banking productsHelping understand customer's needs, to connect them to suitable business banking products, including business accounts and payment facilitiesResponding to customers over email and processing customer information in our systemsIdeally already have experience in lending with a strong growth mindsetTo be successful in this role, you'll be required to work across our operating hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. What do I need? We are looking for customer service superstars, who are passionate about connecting customer needs to suitable products and services that benefit them. Solid background in customer service and/or salesLending experienceClear communication skills and resilience to take a high number of callsStrong attention to detail, including written skillsStrong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systemsWhat's in it for me?
