The business supports a substantial in-house technology team which, in line with the growth of the wider enterprise, has recently implemented a new operating model and is now seeking a broadly capable professional manager to support its ongoing development and growth.
Reporting to the CTO, and as a member of the Technology leadership team, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing the operations of the technology department, for analysing performance metrics, for fostering a collegial and customer centric department culture and for ensuring compliance with service level agreements and KPI's You will use your knowledge of management information systems and your financial analysis and budgeting expertise to deliver insightful and actionable insights which contribute to sustainable operational improvements and to resource planning decisions.
Furthermore, you will be expected to use your influential leadership style to drive the implementation of business improvement projects across the technology function, and your commercial acumen and strong communication skills will be critical as you build strong working relationships with a broad suite of internal stakeholders and external vendors.
