The Role: We're hiring a Business Process Maturity Program Lead to join AP+ in an initial 24 month Max Term contract role. The Business Process Maturity Program is a strategic initiative to map, optimise, and embed essential processes across the organisation, addressing current gaps in resource deployment, process effectiveness, and compliance standards.
Leading the enterprise-wide business maturity program, your day-to-day role will include:
End-to-end program management. Strategic Process Improvement Implementation. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration. Change Management. Risk and Issue Management. Preferred Position Requirements are: At least 10 years in leading large-scale business transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on process optimisation and embedding changes into BAU. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with process efficiency frameworks such as Six Sigma, Lean, or other business process improvement methodologies [accreditation preferred]. Experience in implementing process ownership capabilities across BAU teams; including setting KPIs, measuring and monitoring processes, identifying improvements and managing governance. Experience working in the payments or financial services sector with an understanding of associated regulatory requirements to ensure process improvements comply with both current and upcoming regulations. Proven experience driving prioritisation of long-term program execution amid a high-change landscape, managing complex stakeholder dynamics and foster alignment across the organisation. Demonstrated ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives. Previous experience building and leading high-performing teams to achieve program goals. Strong track record of delivering measurable outcomes in process transformation, including efficiency gains, cost savings, and enhanced employee engagement.
