Your focus:This fixed-term opportunity puts you at the heart of our retail strategy. As the Business Manager – Retail, you'll lead key partnerships and drive growth in one of the fastest-moving and most impactful segments of our business. This role isn't about managing from the sidelines—it's about influencing at a strategic level, taking ownership of our category and creating innovative, data-driven solutions that set new standards for success.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to align forecasting, supply chain, and product portfolios with our strategic vision. Using tools like Synergy, you'll identify opportunities to optimise our offerings and ensure we remain at the forefront of the market. Collaboration, curiosity, and fact-based decision-making will underpin everything you do as you shape the future of retail coffee.
Your profile:You'll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leveraging your FMCG experience and your ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Building strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders will be central to your success, enabling you to navigate challenges and opportunities with confidence. With a proactive and results-focused approach, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your collaborative nature will help align teams, drive initiatives forward, and deliver meaningful outcomes that make a tangible impact.
