About the Role
This role is responsible for developing and managing the relationship of our in-market partners across multiple international markets, aligning with Sanitarium International strategy to drive sustainable business growth.
Reporting to Senior Business Leader – International, you will work closely with internal and external key stakeholders to pursue new growth opportunities, while developing and executing against joint business plans to ensure that Sanitarium brands thrive in key markets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and monitor joint business plans with key partners.
Identify opportunities for new product launches & additional distribution, and work internally and externally to execute.
Proactively address in-market challenges and gaps to business plan targets Visit international markets as required to meet with key in-market partners, including distributors, retailers, and trade representatives.
Gather and analyse data on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders: Including distributors, retailers, and other partners.
Allocate resources effectively and ensure cost-efficiency in all marketing activities.
Actively manage accurate customer forecasts.
Effectively manage Trade Spend investment / territory P&L. Effectively collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and other functions (Category, Demand, Supply Chain) to deliver commercial objectives.
Manage customer relationships with a partnership/joint-growth focus.
Liaise between regulatory/compliance and international customers to meet market-specific requirements.
Skills and Competencies
Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, International Business, or similar qualifications.
Strong background (7-10yrs+) in sales and/or marketing, with a track-record of delivering strong results (international experience preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and adaptable cross-cultural communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, ethical relationships, both internally and externally.
Understanding of Grocery retail dynamics.
Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and Microsoft Office suite.
Experience in writing and implementing business plans.
