Foundation Christian College is a strong well-resourced co-educational, non-denominational, K-12 College with over 700 students located in the beautiful Peel region of Western Australia.View our amazing College now by clicking here for a virtual tour!We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the following full-time permanent position on the Executive Team, commencing January 2025 (or earlier by negotiation):Business Manager (1.0 FTE)The Purpose:The Business Manager occupies the most senior administrative position at Foundation Christian College, with responsibility for overseeing its financial and business operations.
This role is crucial to driving and executing the College's strategic vision, with a focus on financial stability, property development, and resource management to ensure the success of its educational objectives.Working closely with the leadership team, the Business Manager also plays a pivotal role in upholding and championing the College's mission, vision, and values.Key Relationships:A member of the College Executive TeamAccountable to the Principal and the College BoardWorks closely with the Principal, Executive Team, Accounts and Finance Staff (including HR, Risk and Compliance), and Admin staff.Communicates with Auditors, Government and Private Bodies, where required, for business and finance requirements.Application Requirements:Applications for the position of Business Manager should include the following information:Full name, address, telephone number, and email address.A detailed resume covering current position and areas of responsibility, prior positions.Church membership and involvement.Cultural, community, and recreational involvement and interests.Academic and professional qualifications.The names and contact details of three referees who may be approached in confidence about the applicant.A pastoral/church referee who may be approached in confidence about the applicant.Please include relevant registration numbers and copies of academic transcripts.Applications will not be accepted without a completed Non-Teaching Application form found on the College website.Please send applications to the CEN consultancy administrator, .
