Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic planning, team leadership, market analysis, and creative thinking to achieve business objectives in this business.
You will have a proven track record of successfully developing and executing sales strategies, building, and managing high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth.
Key Selection Criteria: Experience in developing business management goals and objectives that promote growth and viability.Ability to design and implement business plans and strategies that ensure business continuity, improvements and sustainability in a community-based enterprise.Previous experience in the management of commercial business including resources and the coordination of maintenance and replacement of equipment to ensure business continuity.Strong ability to organize and coordinate business operations to maximize productivity through quality control of services via internal and external measures.Experience in developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with partners, vendors and suppliers.Have a good understanding of the values of a community-based service.
