ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our dynamic team at Coffs Harbour Toyota.
The successful individual will be responsible to assist our Customers with their finance, insurance, and warranty requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Positively interacting with Customers who are seeking vehicle finance, insurance, and warranty servicesWorking with Customers to establish their needs and presenting financing options to suit their individual requirementsPackaging loan applications with the required supporting documents and presenting these to a suitable Lender to secure an approvalAccurately producing, printing, and packaging the required documents for loan execution, and arranging Customer signatures, payouts, and insurance coverPreparing policy remittance and sales reports to the appropriate finance and insurance providers, and to Dealership managementResponsibility for document retention, accurate database updating, and information storage to meet legislative requirementsCompleting the month-end summary recording results against objectives and planning corrective actions for the month aheadUnderstanding and complying with Local, State, and National government reporting requirements, ASIC, and GST and taxation obligationsSKILLS: High level of computer literacy with experience in a range of Microsoft Office programs, and Financier and Insurer IT interfacesGetting involved and working as a vital part of the Sales effort to ensure collaborative and productive outcomes for every member of the TeamStrong inter-personal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to prioritise and handle a varied workload time-effectively, without fuss, and to a high standardAn Open Driver's Licence is essential as there may be a need to call on Customers at their work or homeBENEFITS: Remuneration and benefits, including an attractive salary and commission structureA permanent full-time position with the financial security of a substantial, well-established CompanyStrong opportunity for career developmentA collaborative team environment that values excellence and is committed to Customer carePLEASE NOTE: We conduct reference checking, pre-employment medicals & AFP Criminal record checksApplicants who do not have the required skills and/or experience will not be consideredApplicants must be physically in Australia and must have full Australian working rightsWe are an equal opportunity employer, supporting gender equality, and workplace diversityOnly shortlisted applicants will be contacted.If you have the required expertise and a passion to work with the best in the Industry, please apply - in strict confidence - with a covering letter and resume via this Seek ad.
