This newly created position reporting to the Chief People Officer is responsible for driving organisation-wide transformation and change related to employee experience, culture, processes, organisation design, operating systems, governance and ways of working to ensure the organisation is best placed to deliver on CleanCo's strategy and goals.
This role will lead, coordinate and manage all transformation and change-related initiatives and programs, and is responsible for identifying and driving the implementation of future transformation and change initiatives. In addition, this pivotal position will build and mentor a team to embed transformation and change throughout the organisation and ensure the ongoing identification of opportunities for improvement to enhance organisational effectiveness and the employee experience.
To excel in this position, you will have demonstrated experience in the following;
Managing key stakeholders, leveraging effective communication and influencing skills to gain buy-in to move towards a shared visionProviding strategic and operational leadership to teams, developing and building capability and leading multi-functional teamsDeveloping and implementing best practice methodologies, systems and processes for identifying, planning, executing and prioritising transformation and change initiativesLeading the identification of future transformation and change initiatives, undertaking cost-benefit analysis to facilitate investments and alignment across the business and drive the implementationDeveloping and implementing comprehensive transformation and change programs, with robust delivery reporting to ensure senior stakeholders are kept appraised of progress and milestonesProven experience as an advisor regarding change initiatives to leadership teams.You will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Project/Change Management, Communications or the like, coupled with extensive professional experience identifying and driving organisation-wide transformation and change initiatives, ideally within a GOC or like environment, however not essential.
