Our eCommerce function is currently undergoing an exciting transformation journey and we are looking for a Business and Process Improvement Lead to join our growing team!What you'll be doing:As a Business and Process Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for producing modelling to support investment plans and network analysis. You will work with operations to lead key process changes and initiatives in order to deliver the value for customers.You'll also:Articulate new system development requirements and work with IT to realise project benefitsDevelop business cases to support business initiativesImprove network efficiencies through data analysis using Excel, Tableau, AltryxImprove processes and work on targeted cost reduction initiativesAnalyse and interpret large data sets to inform strategic business decisionsProvide comprehensive insight into drivers of efficiencies to senior stakeholdersGood things you'll need:Extensive experience in relationship management up to and including General Management levelExperience analysing and summarising large data setsExperience with software such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, AltryxExtensive experience in negotiation, building strategy and process improvementExperience in Supply Chain, Retail and/or eCommerceExcellent communication skills and analytical thinkingWhy Coles?We're committed to making this a great place to work, from day one.
