Our Head Office in WA is seeking an experienced Business Development/Sales Manager to work closely with our Operations team in WA. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated and driven professional who thrives on taking the lead. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in preparing tenders and quotes, presenting confidently to Tier 1 clients, and driving the success and continued growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership : Drive sales of Complete Group's wide range of products and services by identifying and implementing effective strategies tailored to specific customer needs. Business Development : Secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Strategic Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet targets, while staying ahead of market trends and events that generate leads. Tender Management : Prepare, review, and manage tenders, liaise with clients, and complete detailed pricing forms. Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing modifications. Commercial Negotiations : Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts and partnerships. What You Will Bring: Prior experience in business-to-business sales , ideally within the Manufacturing , Construction , or Events/Hire industries. Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Sales experience in Modular Buildings or Events/Hire is highly regarded.
