This is an early-career, hybrid position, with one in-office day per week on Wednesdays in Sydney (Chatswood, NSW 2067).A Day in The Life of Our Business Development Representative (BDR):The primary role of the Business Development Rep is to react to our customers' needs promptly and to give them a great experience when reaching out to Altium in any formYou will create opportunities by making outbound calls to prospects from inbound sources; prospects are new or current customers who have shown interest by downloading materials, completing online forms, engaging in Drift, or attending a webinar.You'll take action on all leads in Australia and operate the Drift platform for sales chatsMaintain a strict, disciplined process for every engagement of what you are asked and how you will follow upPlan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contact to meet or exceed required daily sales activitiesMaintain a 3x transparent pipeline in SalesforceExcellent at analyzing sales data and applying it to drive the sales processWilling to follow Altium sales methodologies and processes using our designed systemsCan powerfully present the Value Proposition for Altium 365, our cloud-based platform, live or online, to engineering users, teams, and managementExceeds given targets and can drive the potential of the marketMaintain all Salesforce process requirementsCan master the Altium product line and technologies to be able to talk about them fluently to technical audiencesMaintains awareness of our competitor's products and industry landscapeWho We're Looking For:You are Disciplined.
