The Offer Exciting opportunity to work closely with the founding team and play a pivotal role in business growth Be part of a close-knit, and collaborative team Competitive Compensation & Benefits The Job As a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on the Civil Infrastructure market in Australia & New Zealand, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth.
You'll identify and research new civil infrastructure projects, establish relationships with decision-makers, and facilitate key meetings for the CEO.
This position is perfect for someone looking to grow into a sales career while contributing to our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed research to identify new civil infrastructure projects and opportunities within the ANZ market.
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at civil construction companies.
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the CEO with high-potential leads.
Introduce the company's solutions to potential firms and pursue opportunities within this space.
Collaborate with the CRO to refine business development strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, interactions, and progress.
Assist in preparing presentations for complex sales cycles and enterprise-level sales processes.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making.
The Profile You possess solid experience selling solutions to major construction companies in the ANZ market.
You have strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities.
You have experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level sales processes.
A network within civil infrastructure and construction sectors in the ANZ region would be advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in initiating conversations with senior stakeholders.
