TEAM Software by WorkWave is searching for a talented Business Development Representative who is responsible for driving the generation of new business in the region. This role will focus on working with the APAC Head of Growth and new business team to formulate and execute the sales strategy within your assigned verticals, owning the business development space for our workforce management and field service solutions.The Business Development Representative will be the team lead in business development and lead generation, focusing on booking meetings and generating qualified business leads for the sales team. This role will focus mostly on ANZ while spearheading our expansion into the rest of the APAC market.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Proactively prospect, identify and qualify leads for the Sales teamWork with the prospects to ensure high-quality opportunities are createdGenerate sales-qualified leads and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI's & objectivesBuild cadences via SalesLoft to call and email prospectsMaintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level business developmentWork closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfactionWHAT YOU'LL BRING: Have at least 1-3 years of experience in a business development or SaaS sales roleA proven ability to drive revenue growth and over-achieve targets using a sales methodology, and can articulate how you have ensured your own successStrong technical SaaS experience with the ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technologySuperior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to chair meetings and execute high-quality presentationsThrive in competitive, numbers-driven, performance-based environmentsPassionate about growing your career at a global company with a local scale-up feelExperience in ERP, Payroll or Workforce Management software advantageousMust be willing to work Hybrid schedule 2-3 days/week in officeTEAM Software by WorkWave develops market-leading financial, operations and workforce management solutions for distributed workforces, with a focus on the cleaning and security industries.
