We work tirelessly to advise, supply and manage all the equipment needed to care for patients – ICT and carts, patient monitoring, surgical solutions and infrastructure.We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and success driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to promote and sell HPA's full range products where we are currently number one in most parts of Australia.This is a rare opportunity to build and develop and ultimately win key business and market share in the WA territory aligned with a generous and uncapped commission structure!The Position:This role will see you work across our full range of products within the following product portfolios:ICT (Including but not limited to Computers, Tablets, Handhelds, Monitors, Medical Mounting, Mobile and Battery solutions) - currently on Statewide contractSurgical Solutions/Consumables – supported by national product managerAcute hospital beds – currently on Statewide contractPatient Monitoring/Life Support (PMLS) - North Perth & Northern WA – existing client install base and large growth potential with industry leading solutions and projects in the works.Responsibilities include:Strategically promote and sell HPA products to meet customer needsWork closely with the National Sales Team to secure new business in the market along with fostering already built partnerships with clients with HPA's product rangeSeek and hunt new business within a dedicated territoryEffectively manage your time and territoryProvide accurate and timely monthly sales forecastsDetermine and agree a Business Sales Activity plan with the Management teamPerform product demonstrations and manage the trial process from start to finish following the HPA processSystematically track your territories progress and proactively communicate findingsServe as product knowledge specialist for respective HPA products across major hospitals within territory with support from your colleagues.Educate, train and provide onsite guidance and assistance to all relevant hospital/facility personnel on the use of HPA's products and services with support from your colleagues.Provide detailed assessment of customer's initial and ongoing training need and propose solutions to address the defined needsCoordinate, set up and attend exhibitions, meetings and study daysGather information about competitors' products and prices in coordination with the Marketing DepartmentCollaborating with colleagues and being present in the WA Osborne Park office when not at client meetingsKey Criteria to be considered for this position:A track record of demonstrated sales success (Minimum 5 years)A hunger to exceed expectations and build new businessKnowledge and hands-on experience of healthcare facilities and workflowsAn existing network of clients, preferably within the designated territory advantageousSales budget and forecasting experienceExcellent communication skills, both written and verballyA strong interest and passion for technologyEntrepreneurial mind set with the ability to operate independentlyWork to a high standard of integrity and professionalismAnalytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilitiesAre able to travel within state(s) regions and occasionally interstateExperience in educating and trainingCompetitive and tenacious with strong work ethicStrong relationship building and communication skillsHigh levels of motivation, energy and a drive to achieve resultsStrong work ethic and team player.
