Objectives: Enroll Accountants, Financial Planners & Mortgage Brokers in our Accelerate Business Program (ABP). Develop and receive high quality leads and move them through a finely tuned sales process to ensure the B2B partners are started and supported correctly. Attend and sell from trade and industry events around Australia. Build and nurture B2B relationships with business owners to move them into action in expanding their business in the development of new property using our programs. Enroll builders and their marketing channels in our Dominate Business Program (DBP). Meet and exceed your personal monthly budgets and targets. Ensure inbound leads are managed for maximum conversion. Work closely with the B2B partners and our marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding for B2B partners. Maintain up to date data and notes within the CRM and relevant systems to ensure information flow and optimal customer experience. Competencies: Proven ability to sell to and develop B2B relationships by building the value of a new product/service. Selling new property investments is highly desirable but not essential. Demonstrated effectiveness in following a clearly defined sales process. Understanding of Sharia Principles. Commitment to Ethical Investment. Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, respecting their religious and cultural needs. You're a seasoned sales professional with mastery in both the people and process side of sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with the ability to rapidly adapt and deploy strategies in response to changes in the market. Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions. Demonstrate a collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, ready to roll up your sleeves and work with a varied range of B2B partners.
