24CARE is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will focus on identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving business expansion.

Role Responsibilities:
Build and maintain industry connections.
Connecting the best suitable services for participants and clients.
Perform market analysis to uncover new prospects.
Develop strategies for business growth.
Drive sales and expansion efforts.
Establish relationships with aged care and disability services.
Follow the NDIS code of conduct.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and manage conflicts.
Experience in contract drafting and a valid driver's license, ready for travel.
Strong financial insight with a keen focus on profitability.
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Sound interpersonal skills and effective teamwork in the workplace.
Formal qualification in the social and community field or relevant.
5 years of industry experience in disability and ageing.
Experience in promoting healthcare services.
Experience in service delivery in aged care and disability care.
