Across our company, we embrace diversity and respect the dignity, privacy, and personal rights of every employee.We are in search of an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne.You will play a crucial role in enhancing the professional profile and credibility of our company, ensuring the delivery of our newly launched product. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate the key selling messages to medical aesthetic practitioners and the cosmetic medicine industry.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve National, State, and Territory Sales Targets for the new product.Plan and execute daily sales activities, including appointments and meetings with HCPs and cosmetic clinic staff.Exceed call frequency targets, ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders.Record all customer engagements in the CRM system promptly, including discussion points and stock distribution details.Identify growth opportunities within the territory and existing businesses, fostering the expansion and distribution of the Galderma aesthetic portfolio.Conduct Business Reviews at least twice a year, showcasing Galderma's value proposition and incorporating Clinical Nurse Specialists and Trainers where applicable.Implement tactical and strategic initiatives to capitalize on growth opportunities.Establish and maintain relationships with key business contacts and opinion leaders within the region.Provide regular written and verbal reports on territory activities and trends.Conduct Clinical Exploration Programs (CEPs) to enhance clinical support to customers.Contribute to national business strategy planning by offering valuable industry insights on business and competitor information, including customer segmentation data.Execute Galderma's commercial policies with customers and maintain territory average selling price.Represent Galderma at various National and International conferences as required.Skills & QualificationsBusiness or Science degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, with a background in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic Medicine, or Medical Device industry advantageous.Proven track record of achievement in previous sales roles.Experience with new product launch(es).Professional resilience and excellent communication skills.Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in spreadsheet management and analysis, CRM databases, Excel, and PowerPoint.Positive and energetic attitude, capable of independent decision-making within company policy.What we offer in returnWe are committed to providing a competitive and attractive salary package along with additional benefits such as:Professional development, offering opportunities for training, education, and career advancement.Employee recognition and rewards.Health and wellness benefits.We plan to set you up for success.You will be working for an organisation that embraces diversity & inclusion.
