Currently, they are seeking an experienced and high-performing salesperson with expertise in the industrial lubrication sector, to drive sales and business growth across Victoria.
THE ROLE Proactively identify and engage potential clients to offer a comprehensive range of lubricant products and services.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products to prospective clients.Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, leading to repeat business.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to align efforts and exceed customer expectations.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to remain competitive.ABOUT YOU Proven sales experience, ideally within the lubricant, automotive, or industrial sectors.Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.Self-motivated, able to work independently, and driven by results.Technical knowledge of lubricants or a willingness to learn quickly.A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the designated sales territory.SALARY AND BENEFITS Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000Competitive commission structureSuperannuationCompany vehicle/Car AllowanceTools of the tradeIf you're ready to take your sales career to the next level, apply now to be part of a growing and dynamic company!
