Your contributions will directly impact our growth and long-term success, positioning us as leaders in our industry.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth & Sales Development:Lead the development and execution of a strategic business development plan aimed at expanding Calbah's market presence and achieving sales growth targets.Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries, especially within steel fabrication and structural engineering sectors.Develop and implement sales strategies to secure large-scale projects and long-term contracts.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and how Calbah can add value.Represent Calbah at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, actively networking to create new opportunities.Maintain regular site contact with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new areas for collaboration.Market Research & Prospecting:Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business prospects and assess emerging trends.Collaborate with internal teams to tailor services and product offerings that meet market demands and client needs.Work closely with senior management and internal departments to align business development efforts with overall company goals, ensuring a unified approach to market expansion.Engage with project management and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and alignment with client expectations.Digital Marketing & Social Media:Lead digital marketing efforts, including managing social media channels, online advertising campaigns, and product marketing initiatives to support business growth.Collaborate with marketing teams to improve online presence, build brand awareness, and attract potential clients.Reporting & Analytics:Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market conditions, and business development progress to senior management.Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and fine-tune sales and marketing approaches.What We're Looking For:Proven Leadership Skills: A track record of effectively leading teams or projects with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Industry Experience: At least 3-5 years' experience in business development (preferably within the industrial, steel, or manufacturing sectors).Sales & Marketing Expertise: A demonstrated history of success in network management, digital marketing, and product advertising.Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, and execute business plans.Results-Oriented: Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to meet and exceed targets.Willingness to Travel: Must have a valid Australian driver's license and the flexibility to travel when required.Why Join Calbah?
