Embracia Victoria is a family-owned, second-generation business, offering quality care and services across residential aged care, childcare and kindergarten, and education (registered training organisation – RTO). Our business is rapidly growing, and we are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.The Role:As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving occupancy and enrolments across Embracia Victoria's businesses, which include aged care homes, childcare and kindergarten, and education services. Many of our services are co-located so we have intergenerational living and learning for children and the elderly. Our RTO is also located on the same site as one of our aged care homes. This role offers a growth opportunity within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, where you will work alongside leadership teams across all business units to achieve business goals and expand market presence. The role will be based at our head office in Kew East but will have travel to our various locations in Moonee Valley, Reservoir, Kyneton and surrounding communities.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic business development plans to grow occupancy in our aged care homes.Develop and implement strategic business development plans to grow enrolments in our childcare and kindergarten, and education services (RTO).Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, residents, families and the community.Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the healthcare and education sectors.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent marketing, branding, and communication strategies.Assist the team to market and promote Embracia Victoria business units effectively to their various target market for each business unit.Oversee the development of marketing materials and website content for all Embracia businesses.Regularly travel to Embracia locations across Moonee Valley, Kyneton, Reservoir, and surrounding suburbs. (Please note this is not a working from home role).Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for marketing and business development initiations in collaboration with our executive team.Key Selection Criteria:3-5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably in the healthcare or education sectors.Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check.Current Driver's License.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.A solid background in working with multidisciplinary teams.Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.We love when someone brings passion, fun and energy to all areas of our business.What We Offer:Competitive salary package ($95k-$115k) plus travel allowance.Opportunities for career growth and professional development in a family-owned company.A supportive and collaborative team environment.The chance to make a meaningful impact in a growing business.How to Apply:If you are an ambitious, results-driven professional with a passion for making a difference in healthcare and education, we would love to hear from you!
