With 130 years behind us, we specialise in Robotic Automation as well as Pneumatic Tube Systems.
The Role:The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding Lamson Concepts' market presence, driving sales, and building long-term client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to shape the future of pneumatic tube systems and robotics in collaboration with our dedicated teams.
Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts within pneumatic tube systems and robotics.Client Engagement: Identify and build relationships with potential clients, acting as the primary contact to understand and meet their needs.Sales Process: Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.Industry Insight: Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to deliver customised, high-value solutions.Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records, track sales metrics, and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership.What We're Looking For: A proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within technical solutions, automation, or related industries.Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and discuss engineering solutions with clients.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and achieve ambitious sales targets.Experience with robotics, automation, or similar technologies is highly advantageous.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.What Lamson Concepts Offers: A competitive salary package, including performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional development in a dynamic and innovative industry.A collaborative environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.The chance to be part of a company with a strong legacy and forward-looking vision.#J-18808-Ljbffr
