Business Development Manager

The senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and executing on the distribution strategy across HNWs, family offices, and wealth groups.
Role Responsibilities: Self-driven, disciplined, and can work autonomously to drive outcomes;Real people-person, who can build rapport through a friendly and honest approach;Have a strong focus on process and record keeping;Have an understanding of private markets - or a willingness to learn - and have a solid understanding of compliance and regulatory risks;Innovative, continually looking to improve and find new ways to engage;Take full accountability, can define targets and audience, are data-driven, and can monitor performance;Proactive in contacting new leads and following up.Role Requirements: A proven record in wholesale capital raising (from HNWs / FO / Wealth).Prior experience as a Business Development or Sales Development Representative with a track record of achieving targets.Previous experience in private capital (highly desirable).Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
