Paint Melbourne is an industry leading coating systems provider looking for an enthusiastic and highly driven professional to join us in a new phase of growth for our business. 
This is a key role with multiple opportunities for professional development and progression for the right candidate. 
What you will be doing:
Seeking and securing new business
Identifying opportunities, requirements and recommending solutions through customer engagement and site visits
Presenting commercial coating solutions to our existing and new prospective customers
Building a sales network throughout VIC
Working in collaboration with our technical, project management and operations teams
What we are looking for: 
Sales experience, specifically in the construction industry
Proven ability to grow and nurture customer and partner relationships
Demonstrated strong commercial acumen and an awareness of maintaining knowledge of current market trends
Able to work in collaboration with colleagues with effective communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and within a team
A hunter who takes pride in achieving and is results driven
Ability to achieve KPI targets
