Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Monday - Friday, they are seeking a second Business Development Manager to help grow their prestigious rent roll with plenty of support and training to structure your career to the best. With plenty of Sales Agents to support you with your warm leads, your duties will include but not limited to:

Sourcing new business opportunities Conducting Open Homes Work closely with the Sales Agents & Executive Leasing Consultants Work alongside another BDM Maintain and develop client relationships Offer professional advice to clients Arranging and conducting market appraisals NO Accounts, NO Leasing and NO Weekends The Candidate: Previous Real Estate Experience A current certificate of Registration & driver's license High level of professionalism Commitment to superior customer service Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills The Benefits: Lucrative Commissions - ACHIEVABLE OTE Monday - Friday Role Successful A Grade Agency - Top Agency in their franchise Stunning Location Award Winning Team To apply: Paulina Ballas on0403 151 697
