The Role: Reporting into the Victorian State Sales Manager, you will be required to bring in new business and manage existing accounts for the company within the allocated territory in order to deliver Sales, Profit and Market Share objectives, customer satisfaction and growth!
This is a permanent full-time position , working in Eastern-Melbourne, commencing immediately, working from your home office.
Key Responsibilities: All sales activities to grow new business and retain existing customers.
Maintain and execute high levels of customer service resulting in positive customer reviews and high customer retention.
Provide solution-based outcomes for new clients.
Research organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Ensure leads and referrals are followed up with clients in a timely fashion.
Maintaining and updating CRM with all activities, deals, customer information and any other detail.
Follow the monthly and quarterly sales and activity plan to meet and exceed targets, targeting accounts as directed.
Participate in sales team events, training, coaching, and developing new team members when required.
About You: Ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to develop new business with compliance-based products.
Proven history of Business Development or Property Management experience of greater than 3 years.
KPI driven, outcomes based, with an act now attitude.
Self-motivated with attention to detail and excellent computer skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills who can sell value.
Comfort working autonomously, with support from Local and interstate teams.
Valid full Australian driver's license, not afraid to be out and about.
