This role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for accelerating the country's omnichannel growth by managing and expanding relationships with key corporate accounts and discovering new business ventures and distribution channels.
Responsibilities
Effectively manage relationships with key accounts customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities with existing and potential clients that have high profitability potential.
Innovate and implement strategies to maximize profitability and market penetration in a highly competitive market, while staying ahead of industry trends.
Negotiate agreements and contracts that ensure mutual long-term benefits for all parties involved.
Lead cross-functional teams to align business objectives and deliver seamless experiences across multiple channels.
Requirements
Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or related areas.
5 years of experience strategically managing key accounts in the finance, telecommunications, and retail sectors.
Creatively think and identify problems, developing innovative solutions and making informed decisions to adapt quickly to market changes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Ability to lead multifunctional teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated capability to achieve and exceed established targets in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and persuasive communication to present reports, results, and proposals to management and other key stakeholders.
