Forming part of Hubexo, a global market leader in the construction-tech space, BCI Central is expanding and looking for a sales professional to join our growing sales team in a full-time capacity in Sydney or Melbourne.
Autonomous 360 sales cycle role - purpose built for those with a hunter mentality wanting to self-source leads, prospect, demo and close.Attractive, uncapped commission structure rewarding those who see target as a benchmark and consistently aim to overachieve.
Commissions are paid monthly, with quarterly accelerators increasing commission percentages for quarterly over performance.Hybrid working arrangements – 3 office based days.Quarterly office and/or team-based catch ups, as well as organise wellness days throughout the year.
Additional leave provided for birthdays, anniversaries, charity work and mental health.Tailored training and coaching with multiple opportunities for career progression.About the business BCI Central is the market leader within APAC providing SaaS solutions for primarily the construction market.
The sales roles at hand specifically relate to our Leadmanager product, which provides live construction intelligence to leading building material suppliers, professional services firms, contractors and subcontractors.
Our online platform gives clients access to real-time sector specific project opportunities, updates on key industry stakeholders, powerful analytics tools, CRM features to support in lead generation, help improve business efficiency, support key strategic activities and increase sales.
We have a full-time team of developers consistently upgrading and improving our Leadmanager product on the back of client and market feedback which helps us maintain our position as market leader.
About the role This role is a full-time B2B sales position forming part of the Eastern Seaboard team; purpose built for those with a hunter mentality wanting to self-source leads, prospect, demo and close.
In this autonomous sales role, you have the flexibility to prospect and approach any suitable company headquartered in the Eastern Seaboard.
Typical clients include, but are not limited to, building material manufacturers/suppliers, builders, subcontractors, development & construction finance firms, labour hire recruitment companies, construction software companies, professional services etc.
Once a prospect has been identified, you would then be able to follow the sale through to demo and close.
Our existing clients are taken care of by our Account Management team – this is a pure new business role.
Our top performing Business Development Managers have come from various backgrounds, however they all have something in common – drive.
Although prior sales experience (especially in lead generation, prospecting and cold calling) will aid in your success at BCI, tenacity and intrinsic motivation is what keeps our best salespeople at the top of the leader board.

About you Self-motivated and organised, with an inquisitive mindset.Competitive and driven by a lucrative commission structure.The Business Development Representative position is one of our more senior sales roles, providing candidates with more sales experience to hit the ground running and earn instant commission.Preferably over 3+ years of sales experience, with a proven record of success.
