ROLE: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic-thinking individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager who will oversee sales and growth in Canberra for our Defence and Government clients who utilise panels for their ICT and Technical labour hire. Our expectation would be that the Business Development Manager would open up existing relationships as well as identify new business opportunities to enhance our growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Regular client visits in Canberra to service our client's current and future workforce requirementsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersIdentifying potential clients and prospective business opportunities Work in collaboration with existing team members to enhance our company footprint SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE : Experience of government labour hire panels, ideally in the ICT marketProven track record of success in business development or sales rolesStrong business acumen with an understanding of current laws, acts, and industrial awards Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsPrevious experience of working with Defence industry clients would be a distinct advantage.A current or previous Australian security clearance or the ability to obtain one.A current driver's licenseThe role will be self-sufficient, working from home in the ACT with visits to the Kinexus head office in Sydney as required.
