About The OpportunityProgrammed's Property Services department is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our painting business in Hamilton, NZ. This integral role will see you responsible for providing first-class customer experience and service to our existing client base while establishing new business opportunities for the branch.In this role you will be dedicated to growing our commercial painting and remedial business, and cross-selling other property services into existing customers. You will identify and drive new business opportunities across all markets within your territory - initiating contact with key decision makers and building strong relationships and commercial solutions to secure the business.Our Business Development Manager's drive sales growth by selling high value long term contracts. The role requires you to develop and write and present persuading proposals and bids and the sales process at times is complex, with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. Experience in similar selling environments would be advantageous.
