You will work alongside our sales team to further expand our network and support our existing clients.

As a Business Development Manager at Fintelligence, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring Broker and Dealer aggregation clients, aligning with our ambitious growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Leverage and Expand Networks: Identify new broker targets to join our Aggregation network through existing and newly developed connections.Cultivate Relationships: Build strong relationships and compellingly present Fintelligence's value proposition to potential clients, including preparing and managing sales presentations, system demonstrations, and negotiations.Execute Sales Plans: Collaborate with our sales team to passionately implement sales strategies and acquire new introducers, achieving agreed growth targets.Develop Client Proposals: Responsibly create and present client proposals with input from the Head of Growth and Distribution.Client Management: Oversee the client journey from prospect identification to acceptance and successful implementation, ensuring high-quality satisfaction.Maintain Professional Contacts: Keep active and professional communication with all acquired clients, industry associates, lenders, and insurers to uphold the Fintelligence brand.Produce Reports: Generate accurate and timely reports for the Head of Growth and Distribution and other senior stakeholders.Coordinate Broker Training: Work with the Head of Partnerships and National Training Manager to organize and facilitate new broker training, covering key aspects of the Fintelligence value proposition, optimal use of Ambition Cloud, and digital marketing and sales strategies.Provide Feedback: Proactively offer feedback to internal staff regarding performance and continuous improvement of processes and systems supporting the Aggregation business, including Accounts, Ambition Cloud, Training, Onboarding, and Compliance.Our ideal candidate is driven by results, always aiming for success and exceeding targets.

What you will have:Proven sales success in the Asset Finance lending, aggregation, or broking industry is essential.Finance Broking, Aggregation or Lender experience in B2B roles.Demonstrable broad and strong network within the finance broking market is highly desirable.Thorough understanding of consumer and commercial finance products and third-party distribution.Valid driver's licence is essential.Minimum of Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking is preferred.If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
