The Role
As a successful Business Development Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

Create and build relationships with key industry stakeholders Win partnerships with relevant industry specialists Work autonomously while aligning closely with business leadership Provide strategic input to shape the future direction of the company Location: South Melbourne (Hybrid flexibility can be negotiated) Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Salary: $120,000 package + Uncapped Commission You
As a successful Business Development Manager, you will offer:

An interest or existing understanding of the home care sector, including key players, regulatory environment and industry trends Successfully identifying, and negotiating strategic partnerships that have driven business growth Proven track record of establishing strong B2B relationships Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset How to Apply
